January Goals - December Review
December was great! I feel really really good about my progress, not only physically but mentally. Somehow get 200 total miles for the year in by 2012. 2011 in Review
I feel like I grew a lot in 2011. It was so so much better than 2010, when in the space of 10 days my beloved dog Coco (who I had for 16 years) died, my grandpa died (after having a stroke), and my dad had a very serious stroke from which he still isn’t 100% recovered. No gym this morning, boo.
