I just finished 45 minutes of yin yoga. My body feels so much more open now. I haven’t done a proper yoga practice in a long time, it felt so good. Watching tv made the time go by quickly.
This morning I taught Boot Camp and RIPPED. I was feeling really tired and a bit sick so I took it easy but still had an intense workout. I thought about asking someone to sub my RIPPED class tomorrow but I think I can handle it.

I taught Boot Camp and RIPPED this morning. Right after I ate breakfast I started feeling nauseous. I was so scared that I caught the stomach virus Lianna had. I felt pretty sick during Boot Camp and ended the class early. Between classes I sat on the floor and drank water. After the RIPPED warm up I felt a lot better and by the end of the class I was fine. I think I just ate too much or too fast? Now I think I feel hungry but I’m not sure lol.
My legs are so sore all over. I’m just laying down on my bed and they hurt. I hope they’re better tomorrow so I can kick butt when I teach class.
I have to say, it’s hard but I love teaching RIPPED. And I love getting paid for it. My first paycheck should be here around the 5th. I’ll be getting $140 - taxes, which will pay for about half of what I paid for the RIPPED training.
Ok, now I’m pretty sure I am hungry. Gonna go eat!
I’m going to ditch my new Boot Camp routine and just have people do the regular circuits today so I don’t have to tire myself out before I teach R.I.P.P.E.D. Or maybe I’ll do my Hard Core Rock Bottom routine with some modifications. I just don’t want to do any cardio.

Taught RIPPED this morning, it sure wore me out.
I was going to do a long yin yoga practice at home but I didn’t get around to it. I did do a few minutes of yoga but it wasn’t much.
Tomorrow I am teaching Boot Camp and RIPPED back to back. It’s going to be killer. I can’t say I’m looking forward to it but that’s $40 and a great workout so I can’t complain too much. I have a feeling I’ll be useless the rest of the day though. Ah well.

Yoga 5 min
I was looking forward to taking my first Yin Yoga (deep stretching) class tonight, but I realized that I’m too sore to really enjoy it. In yoga classes I tend to push myself to my limit and sometimes end up over stretching, and an important part of yoga, especially yin yoga, is knowing your limits. I decided I’m just going to do some yin yoga at home where I can go at my own pace and listen to my body and not an instructor.
I was also offered the opportunity to sub yoga and another RIPPED class tonight but I declined. I’m teaching Boot Camp tomorrow and I really don’t want to be more sore than I already am, and I can’t abuse my shoulders any more if I want them to heal.
Now I just have to put together a good playlist for my home yoga practice.
Now I just need to buy some more chocolate protein powder. I think if you mix it with some water and greek yogurt it would be amazing and a great post workout treat!

I don’t know how the past 5 months have gone by so fast. I wish my body had made a bigger change, but I’ve seen no results at all. That means it’s time to mix things up.
I feel like I’m doing really good in my diet and cardio area. This month I’m just going to focus on two things. I’m going to start the Live Fit program on Sunday to get back into weight lifting. Right now my shoulders are injured so I may have to modify a bit but I really need to focus on weight lifting this month. My other major goal is to get back into the habit of doing yoga daily. That’s what I’m going to focus on this month.
June Goals:
So, I got 3.5 out of 6. I try to love Body Rock but I’m just sick of looking at Lisa’s boobs. I wish I’d stuck with the Body Rock yoga at least but I just haven’t been in a yoga mood in a long time. My weight lifting routines got pushed aside while I was getting ready to start teaching fitness classes and was getting ready for finals. I could only handle so much so weight lifting went out the window. I will be better next month though!

However, after teaching class today and last night my right shoulder is now hurting a lot. Two days ago it was my left that was in pain. I don’t understand why they are going back and forth but I’m tired of it.
Now it’s food time! Gonna try something new: eggs, pasta sauce, zucchini, bell pepper, onion, cheese and tofu all mixed together. I hope it’s good.
