“Can you lose weight at home? I have about 100 pounds to lose and I really want to lose 50 pounds at home first before going to the gym. Is it possible to lose that much at home doing workout videos, using an elliptical, and a cycling bike? I will also be eating more healthy. I'm just afraid that I won't lose a lot of weight because I'm not in a gym.”
Yes, you can lose weight at home. A big factor in losing weight is your diet, which has nothing to do which the gym, and cardio, which can be done in so many ways. It sounds like you’re set. Plan out your home workouts and your healthy meals, be consistent, push yourself, and you will definitely lose weight. Good luck!

I’m a huge advocate for Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred. Its cardio + strength and they’re only 20 minutes, but will leave you SORE. Totally worth it!
