“Hi! I've been following you for a while and was curious if you've noticed any differences with your body? How's your progress been so far?”
It’s hard to say. I know my muscles are stronger. I’ve been able to up the weight on most of the weight machines in the last two weeks. My endurance is better. I can see progress in my arms, I have a little less fat over my abs, and sometimes I feel like I have less cellulite on my legs but I’m never totally sure. It’s been a slow slow process.
