Some people just have a really hard time losing weight. They can eat and workout exactly the same amount as someone else and not have the same results because their body is just different. I’m one of those people who have a hard time seeing results too, so you aren’t alone.
Since you feel firmer you are likely putting on muscle while you’re losing fat, so your weight stays the same. Don’t rely on a number on the scale.
I recommend two things:
Make sure that 1200 calories is your NET calories. Meaning if you burned 300 calories at the gym you eat 1500 calories so your body doesn’t go into starvation mode (this will make you lose muscle instead of fat).
Switch up your routine, try different workouts. Make sure to challenge yourself. Give maximum effort to get maximum results. Try High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with BodyRock.tv. It will make you push yourself like crazy. Also try having days where you eat 1500 net cals to give your metabolism a boost.
Good luck!
