    “Hi there, i wanted to ask you about overeating. I feel guilty and bad because the last 2 days i have overeaten the amount reccomended for my calorie intake to lose weight. i have been going to the gym a lot but feel like i wont be able to make it up or will put on more weight.”

    Everyone has those days. You won’t gain weight from two days of bad eating. The key is to not let if freak you out. Learn from your mistakes and plan to do better tomorrow. Focus on eating extra healthy the next couple days to make up for your bad days and maybe push up the intensity of your workouts. Put the past behind you and go forward with no fears or worries, they will only hold you back.
