I’m so grateful I didn’t have school or work today. It was nice to just do nothing for most of the day.
I went to Pilates this morning. It was pretty fun. Lianna pretty much talked through the whole class which made the time pass so quickly. She asked if we wanted to work on headstands at the end of class and I just whipped mine out. She was suitably impressed haha.
After that was Zumba. I only stayed for half the class. My left calf was really hurting, which makes me so sad. I skipped Kickboxing with the new hottie instructor tonight to give my calf a break. I just want to run and do Zumba and Kickboxing without pain. Is that too much to ask? Boo.
On a good note I practiced handstand kick ups all day and I’m getting closer. I got my foot on the wall a couple times. My arms are feeling stronger too. Hopefully I’ll have it soon.
