I had planned to go to the gym, and I got dressed as soon as I got home from dinner at my sisters but I decided not to go. I was going to do kickboxing class and my legs & butt weight routine but I decided not to for a couple reasons. I’m doing a 1 hr 45 min hot power vinyasa yoga class tomorrow morning. I don’t want my legs to be so sore that I can’t hold poses like high lunge and warrior II. I’ve taken this teacher’s class before and it is really challenging, so I want to be able to give 100%. I know I’ve gotten stronger since I took one of his classes last summer but I need to feel it out again and see where I’m at. Also the instructor teaching kickboxing tonight is Terry who’s class isn’t as challenging as I like. I would go to Zumba later but my calf is still iffy so that’s out.
Instead of a heavy workout I’m going to put on some music and make up my own 10 minute cardio kickboxing routine. Then I’ll do some yoga.
