Tuesday’s Workout 2/21/12
Today was a semi rest day. I haven’t had a rest day in over a week so I’m not too worried about it.
I made up my own 15 minute cardio/kickboxing, it was a mess but I got sweaty and that’s what counts.
Tomorrow is hot yoga, yay!
