    Wednesday’s Workout 2/22/12

    I had a great workout today. I did hot yoga this morning (deep recap here) and caught the last half of a R.I.P.P.E.D. class tonight. Some of it was really good and some was just ok. I was in the back so it was hard to catch on to what she was doing and she didn’t cue enough. Next time I’ll be early and get closer to the front. She also said she was nervous and forgot some things (which made me feel better since I’ve been thinking about doing the certification).

    R.I.P.P.E.D. was funny because there was a row of like 6 guys in the back and guess who was complaining and taking breaks? All the guys. I think like 3 of them left shortly after I got there. It was pretty funny.

    Can’t wait to workout my legs tomorrow since I missed yesterday. I wanted to do them tonight but it was so crowded. I think I may do them right after class since it should be pretty empty around lunch time.

    Workout:

    Hot Power Vinyasa & Yin Yoga 1 hr 35 min

    R.I.P.P.E.D. class for 30 min

    Intake:

    Breakfast: oatmeal with greek yogurt, frz mango, & fresh blueberries

    Lunch: enchiladas & salad

    Snack: strawberry, mango, blueberry protein shake YUMMY!

    Dinner: enchiladas & mac & cheese (they were fast left overs & I was in a hurry)
