Thursday’s Workout 2/23/12
My workout tonight was awesome! I worked my legs a little bit on the weight machines and we did like 100 squats in class. R.I.P.P.E.D. was a lot better this time because I knew the moves and was able to pretty much get the whole thing, until this really tall girl got in front of me and I couldn’t see the instructor. We worked the shoulders and chest so hard, I’m going to huuuuurt tomorrow!
I just finished my yoga and I am so tired right now. I hope I survive Boot Camp tomorrow.
Workout:
Elliptical 5 min warm up
Legs & Butt:
- Hamstring Curl: 55 lbs x 10, 3x
- Leg Press: 130 lbs x 12, 145 lbs x 12, 160 lbs x 12
- Calf Press On The Leg Press Machine: 115 lbs x 10 reps, 3x
- Hip Abductor: 55 lbs x 12, 3x
- Hip Adductor: 55 lbs x 15
