    Saturday’s Workout 2/25/12

    Had a decent workout today. Still felt out of control with my intake but I’m trying not to let it stress me. I need to buy some healthier food so I can make smarter choices.

    Workout:

    R.I.P.P.E.D.

    Legs & Butt:

    • Hamstring Curl: 55 lbs x 10, 3x
    • Leg Press: 145 lbs x 12, 160 lbs x 12, 175 lbs x 10, 190 lbs x 5
    • Leg Abductor: 55 lbs x 10, 3x
    • Leg Adductor: 55 lbs x 10, 3x
