This video targets the abs, in particular the lower and outer abs(!!!). I really felt the side plank hip lifts in my obliques, which means its going to help with those pesky love handles. I definitely am going to integrate this move into my daily workouts.
Even though each set was only 10 reps I still felt my muscles burning. Try it out!
Do 3 sets of each.
Leg Lifts (10-20 reps)
Leg Lifts w/ Crunch (10-20 reps)
Side Plank Hip Lifts (10-20 reps each side)
Elbow Plank to Push Up w/ Tummy Tucks (5-10 reps)
